Carolyn Gunn - Project Team Leader, Staying Active Stafford

For those of you who I have not had the pleasure in meeting yet, my name is Carolyn Gunn and I am the Project Team Leader for Staying Active Stafford.

Our programme has been developed with you in mind and we pride ourselves on the prevention of social isolation. Over the last few months, our Staying Active Centres have proved extremely popular which now means that a waiting list is available for some of our centres. I will however keep you up to date with any news about all of our clubs and activities. As always, we can offer limited transport to the clubs and activities that are in your area.

New for this month is Staying Active Lite in Gnosall. We have recognised the need for more centres in rural areas and have started with the Gnosall community. This club will run every Friday, 10.00am until noon and will provide various activities such as craftwork, quizzes, board games and more importantly, socialising. It is based in the Community Room at Gnosall Fire Station, Wharf Road. To join this club, please contact me on the usual number, 01785 60 70 60 and we can have a chat about it.
